Good Morning!

My knee hurt this morning so no cardio for me today.  I started my morning with an hour of yoga.  The stretching felt wonderful!  It was low-key which is probably what I needed today.

For breakfast I had Uncle Sam Original topped with banana, and frozen blueberries.  I poured a mix of 50/50 (unsweetened almond milk and skim milk) on top.

I love this cereal!  I feel incredibly full!  I am not sure I will ever feel hungry again.  🙂

I need to gather a few things and get out the door.  We have some driving to do!
