I finished my circuit workout today and did quite a bit of stretching.  I used my foam roller for my IT band.  It always surprises me that every time I use it I have different spots of pain in my legs.  After all that I guess I was feeling the need for carbs!

With a sprouted tortilla, refried beans, brown rice and cheddar cheese…

a little lettuce,

homemade salsa,

greek yogurt and red onion

I was in healthy burrito heaven today!

Carb cravings fulfilled!  Maybe it will turn out to be another meatless day as well!  So far so good.  🙂
