Happy Monday!

Today was such a beautiful Morning (No humidity yay!)!  I started it out with my chocolate oatmeal, peanut butter, frozen banana, and a sprinkle of peanuts!  It got me through my workout but barely.  I think I needed to eat more this morning.  I took care of that after my workout and felt so good I did a 5 mile walk/run!  The circuit I did was a Gabby Reece workout that was posted this morning on her website GabbyReece360.com.  It is a great site with tons to offer!  The circuit was 12 exercises, 60 seconds each, and three rounds.

Here is the workout I did (it took about 45 minutes):

1. Handstands / 60
Seconds Straight / 60 / 60

(Plank Hold if you do not want to do handstands)

2. Jumping Jax /
60 Seconds Straight / 60 / 60

Body Weight (Keep your chest up)

3. DB Split Squat Row /
Alternate Arms 60 Seconds Straight / 60 / 60

Heavy Weight

4. Boxer / 60

5. Kickbacks / 60

Heavy Weight

6. DB Stop Go Squats /

7. DB Squat to Shoulder
Press

8. SB Bridge Up and Open

*Squeeze a ball as you bridge up and down to make it harder

9. Dip and a Bridge /
